FREE Turkey Printables

This post may contain affiliate or advertiser links. Read my full disclosure policy .

What would Thanksgiving be without the turkey? This famously feathered fowl has been a mainstay in traditional Thanksgiving festivities for hundreds of years. To celebrate this colorful bird I put together a stack of turkey printable activities for your preschoolers. Little learners will have fun building a turkey, creating feather patterns, sorting letters and more.

All my printables are in one easy download. Just click the unit image to download a single zipped file of all the printables. You will need to be able to view pop-ups to download the unit, as it will appear in a pop up window from my site!

We have gotten a couple of e-mails that some of the printables in the Turkey pack aren’t printing.  We have started locking our PDF’s and it looks like we may have inadvertently locked printing on a couple!  OOPS!!  Madonna is at a funeral today and won’t be able to fix the problem until Saturday afternoon.  We just thought we would let you know we are aware and will fix it soon! Sorry for the hold up!

I’m really sorry you weren’t able to print these off.  We use the zip file so we can keep each printable separate but still in one download. You do need to have the ability to unzip files on your computer to download our units.  I believe more recent editions of Windows include this program. What Windows program are you running?  We might be able to help you!  I will ask my hubby if there is a free program you can download!

Hello!  Make sure that you don’t have a pop up blocker on for our website, and that should let you pull up the window.  Once the window pops up, save the file to your desktop.  From the desktop you should be able to right click on the file and there should be an option to “extract all”.  That should allow you to open the files!  Hope this helps!

Some of the pages are printing messed up. The turkeys have two sets of feathers (one will be covering up the head) or some of the graphics are relocated on the page. Is there some way I can fix this?

    Hi There!

Thanks for sharing these super-cute printables! I do have a question about “Feed the Turkey” one. I am unsure what to do with that one, but it looks interesting.
    Thanks!

The “Feed teh Turkey” is a fun one. You attach the turkey image to an old cereal box and cut out a small opening near the beak where your child will slide the “turkey food” images into after drawing a number card. For example, if the flip the number 2 they would feed the turkey two items. Does this make sense?

Did you know that vitamin D plays an important role in immune function? Yep. And right now boosting your immune system is one of the best things you can do because it’s your body’s key defense when it comes to fighting a virus. Vitamin D is just one of the many ways you can support your immune system. A few of my friends and I will be sharing more ways you can be proactive with your health and your family’s during the winter months tonight. Come learn what has helped us.

You all, it is so important to do everything you c You all, it is so important to do everything you can to make sure to maintain your health and your family's too this season. My family and I always take proactive steps in the winter. Honestly, the steps we have taken in the past have kept my family healthy and we rarely get sick. This year we are adding some extra things to help support our immune system. I've had several people asked me what I'm doing, so a few of my friends and I are actually going to have a little sharing session this Wednesday night (8:15 EST). We will be sharing all the ways we stay proactive with our health, especially in the winter. We'll have some practical tips, as well as some, must-haves to keep on hand to help your family stay above that wellness line.

It's happening this Wednesday (11/18) at 8:15 pm EST. Let me know if you want in and I will get you the dets.

We will be talking about essential oils, but there are so many other things we do as well. We will have a packet for everyone that comes, so you won't have to worry about your hand cramping from all the notes you'll want to write down!
You all, I can't believe it is November! However, You all, I can't believe it is November! However, I'm so glad it is because I am tired of all the crazy this year and I need to change my attitude! I'm going to be intentional this month and practice gratitude.

Here's the thing, I think you should join me because research studies show that finding a bit of thankfulness each day can actually increase your happiness level and decrease depression!! It also increases physical health (hello cold & flu season), brain function, and a sense of fulfillment. I know, with everything going on in the world right now I could use a little more of ALL of that!

So, who's with me? What are you thankful for today?

🍂Today I am thankful for the colorful fall leaves swirling by my windows. 🍂
I love this reminder from the Lord! Last week was I love this reminder from the Lord!

Last week was our first week back to homeschool. And I think it is safe to say that we all dealt with an array of emotions that week. I had to give myself a timeout the first day!! So, this reminder is perfect as we begin this week

After evaluating how things went I can see that it was my thoughts and attitude that was the ultimate cause of my feelings of frustration and irritation. Things weren’t going the way I had planned.

I mean, let’s be honest this year isn’t really going as any of us have planned. Am I right?

Here’s the thing, we have a choice in how we think, and since our thoughts affect our emotions, we have a choice in how we feel.

But praise the Lord we don’t have to let our circumstances dictate our attitude or the the way we think!

WHO ELSE NEEDS THE SPIRIT TO RENEW THEIR THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDE THIS WEEK?
