Pumpkin Centers

This week we are expanding our Pumpkin Theme printables.

To get you started, I’ve found some fabulous resources that can be use in independent centers.

Fine Motor

My Montessori Journey has wonderful pumpkin based activities that will help your child work on their fine motor skills.

You usually can find various decorative pumpkins at your nearest craft store and even dollar store.  However, you could also use candy corn pumpkins!  If all else fails, orange pom-poms would work perfectly as well.

Art

Making Learning Fun has a pumpkin Easel Art Page.

Play-Dough

Make some pumpkin scented play-dough or just use an orange one with our Pp for Pumpkin play-dough mat.  To keep your kiddos engaged longer, provide a few pumpkin cookie cutters and brown pipe cleaners for stems they can stick in rolled up balls.

Hopefully these ideas will keep your kiddos entertained for awhile.

    Madonna,

I can’t thank you enough for all the wonderful Christian ideas that you have.  I just got a full time job, thankfully, teaching older preschool and younger school age children in a Christian Daycare that follows the Regio Emilio process.  I LOVE the charts for the bible verses….all your items will help me in this new adventure.

    Thanks and God Bless, Laura

Thanks Laura. Amber does such a good job on the memory verses and devotionals. It is really her gift.
