This week we are expanding our “Nativity” Theme printables.
Below you’ll find some fun independent ideas that you can use in centers.
Pretend Play
We have the Fisher-Price Little People Nativity set (pictured below) that we pull out each year. The boy loves to play with it.

Fisher-Price has updated it recently, so you can find the new set on their site.
Arts & Crafts
DLTK Bible has quite a selection of coloring pages that you could include in an independent center. Coloring is a great way to also work on fine motor development.

Magnet Pages
Making Learning Fun has a variety of magnet pages available that fit our theme.

You can use several different things with your magnet pages. Do-a-Dot Paints work great, but then you’ll only get one use out of them. I recommend laminating the pages and using Bingo Chips, Power Magnets or homemade pom-pom magnets with them.
Hope these ideas are helpful during this busy season.
Cute!!! I’m using our Little People Nativity Set to do a sensory activity. I have some shaving cream and foam balls with silver glitter on them. We are going to make a snow scene, while we re-enact the Three Wise Men following the star to bring gifts to baby Jesus. My entire lesson plan is available on my blog.
