Must See- GIMP

This post may contain affiliate or advertiser links. Read my full disclosure policy .

No, I am not referring to a flat trimming of silk OR  even a coarse thread used in lace making to outline designs.  What I am talking about is a Free Software  program that helped me add links to my header.   Did you notice my new facelift?  Isn’t it purr-tee and doesn’t it make me look so tech-y!!!  Well, ladies (and gentlemen if I have any male followers besides my husband of which I don’t know)  you can look tech-y too with GIMP!

This week I was introduced to this fabulous program by Carisa from 1+1+1=1.  I saw her new header that included links to different ways you could follow her and I had to know how she did it!  She shared a link with me that gave me all the info I needed and within a few hours my blog had an upgrade.

Well, what are you waiting for…go check it out and if you use GIMP to update your header or anything else you better come back and leave me a comment with the link because I totally want to check it out!!  Have fun!

It looks great! Thanks for sharing! I didn’t use GIMP to design mine
either. I just starting using Photoshop Elements. My husband has been
teaching me. What do program do you use?

It does look fabulous! You should include the link to your blog so others can check out your new buttons.

I used Microsoft Powerpoint. My husband is a pro at it, so, he has been teaching me too!

Thank you for the link! I have a new header now thanks to Gimp. I didn’t use it to design it, but, did use it to set up my header links. It was pretty easy. Thanks again!
