Moving Monday- Dr. Seuss

This post may contain affiliate or advertiser links. Read my full disclosure policy .

cat_in_the_hat smallThis week is Read Across America, so we checked out quite a few Dr. Seuss books from the library, but we are also going to do some fun crazy activities to get us moving!

I wanted to share a few links with you to inspire you to get your kiddos moving.  I will be using a few of these ideas this week with Lil’man. The best part is these activities are connected to different Seuss books.  So, go check out these fabulous ideas:

  • Dr. Seuss Activity Stations (K-2)
  • Dr. Seuss Field Day Activities (K-12)

What will you be doing to get  your kids moving this week?

Thanks for sharing your links with us. It is fun to find new resources. In reading your profile I see that you were a science/ social studies teacher. Do you ever post science themed information/curriculum here? We are always searching for these posts specifically as many of our submission lean toward math and lang. arts. We’d love to hear more from you!!!

I post my science & social studies ideas on my other blog because I don’t
do them with my tot, at least not yet. I don’t have many but you can check
them out at http://www.ateachertalks.blogspot.com. I usually just post when I am
    inspired.
