Frugal Rainy Day Activities for a Toddler

This post may contain affiliate or advertiser links. Read my full disclosure policy .
The last few days here have been cold and rainy. As a new SAHM, who is on a much smaller budget now, I am running out of frugal indoor activities. One activity that we have really enjoyed this week is dress-up. Lil’man pretended to be daddy one day and put on my husband’s shirt. He had so much fun walking around the house and looking at himself in the full length mirror.
If you have any frugal rainy day activities for a toddler, I would love your suggestions.

This is a little late, but I just found your blog. I haven’t tried this idea myself yet, but you could build a fort with blankets and chairs, etc and have a picnic underneath with flashlights and stuff. Hope this helps for the next time it rains. Let me know how it goes if you do it. 🙂
