Easter Fun.

HAPPY EASTER! We’ve had such a fun weekend celebrating the Resurrection of Jesus Christ as a family. We went to Easter service on Saturday afternoon.  It was a good thing we did because he would have been a little warm today in his Easter clothes.   It was so nice to actually have warm weather.  The last few Easters have been cold, jacket bundling weather. Ethan Easter smallI also came across a great recipe for Resurrection Rolls on Women Living Well.    Lil’man really enjoyed himself.  It was the first time he got to help cook in the kitchen and it offer a great illustration for Jesus’ resurrection.

We had so much fun today.  There was lots of memorable moments.  One being when Lil’man discovered that the Peeps were edible.  Being the boy that he is, he decided to eat the heads off the poor unknowing little chicks.

I pray that your day was filled with joy and peace, knowing that on this day years ago, a man by the name of Jesus, conquered the grave.
