Like the first chapter, this one convicted me several times. Some of the convictions lead to a feeling of inadequacy, but as I kept reading I came across this, “God will take WHAT YOU HAVE to give and multiply it“ (pg 55). Praise God!

No matter where you are in your walk, GOD CAN USE YOU! I allow the devil to take that truth from me to often.

What I really love about this chapter was all the application suggestions it provides for nurturing LifeGIFTS in your home.  Not only did it show me areas I could improve in, but encouraged me by pointing out areas we were already nurturing.  For example, one thing we are doing more consistently is opening each day in prayer together as a whole family before Daddy goes off to work. Its a small step, but God will use it.

Check out what others are saying on Facebook.

What are some ways you are nurturing LifeGIFTS in your home?
