Did you know that it’s National Pollinator Week?
If you aren’t familiar with it, it’s an annual event celebrated all over the world in the last full week of June. During this week people come together to raise awareness about different ways in which people can protect pollinators.
You can use this week to teach your kiddos all about how pollinators work or simply introduced them to all the different types of pollinators.
The best way to do this is to get outside and just observe but if you’d like to throw in some additional educational activities, I’ve got several preschool printable packs that would tie along nicely with your adventures.
